EOFY statements: What you need to know

Following the AUSIEX separation from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank), there will be some changes to the statements and information clients will receive this End of Financial Year (EOFY).

The CommSec Adviser Services (CAS) Investment Loan, CALIA+ and Accelerator Cash Account (ACA) products remain with CommBank, and continue to operate under the CAS brand. Although AUSIEX continues to temporarily provide secure website services to advisers and/or clients for day-to-day needs, they will not be providing any online statements for the CommSec Adviser Services products for EOFY 2021.

Accessing EOFY related information for CommSec Adviser Services products

CAS Investment Loans

Margin loan and CALIA+ statements which are emailed/mailed to you and your clients on a monthly/quarterly basis will continue to be sent, and you should receive those in the first two weeks of July

Online Equity Transactions with AUSIEX, Portfolio, and Interest and estimated dividend summary statements that were previously available from the website will not be available this year.

For each equity statement that was previously available online, you can obtain the relevant information by;

  • Transactions with AUSIEX – will be available from the ausiex.com.au website from late-July
  • Portfolio summaries – the June 30 snapshot is available in the monthly/quarterly Margin loan/CALIA+ statements
  • Interest and estimated dividend summary Please note that this statement was only an estimate of income received and is not a tax record. You can obtain the actual tax summary and dividend statements directly from each issuing companies’ share registry.

CommBank Accelerator Cash Account

ACA statements and interest & tax summary information can be downloaded by the account holder from NetBank. If clients do not have NetBank access, they can register online. For assistance with NetBank access or obtaining ACA statements, clients can call 13 22 21 or +61 2 9999 3283 if calling from overseas (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), or visit a CommBank branch.
